3 Ingredient Mango Popsicles

These 3 ingredient mango popsicles are the perfect summer snack or dessert! They have protein to balance out blood sugar spikes, are refreshing, and are so easy to make. I leave these in my freezer, and whenever I'm craving a sweet treat.

The ingredient in this recipe that is beneficial for your ovulatory phase is mango, but Greek yogurt is wonderful as well due to the high protein content. During the ovulatory phase, estrogen and testosterone surge, so you want to eat foods that help your body balance out the spike in estrogen and support the heart.

Mangos are high in fiber and are loaded with antioxidants, which make them a great fruit to eat during ovulation when you are experiencing the peak levels of estrogen in your body. They are also a great source of magnesium and potassium!
