Ahi Tuna Bowl

AHI don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with this ahi tuna 🤪 this time, I used it in the classic way and oh BOWL was it good! Even though it seems like the whole world has already tried this, ya can’t have TUNA much of it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white jasmine rice

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 peach

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 package of Trader Joe's Ahi Tuna

  • 2 cups edamame

  • 1/2 cup green onion

  • Soy sauce


Process

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.

  2. Cook edamame according to instructions on package (boil 5 cups of salted water, pour edamame into the pot, wait 4 minutes or until they float)

  3. Dice the cucumber, peach, red onion, and green onion. Cut the avocados into halves and slice them.

  4. Add all the diced ingredients, the ahi tuna, and the cooked edamame into a bowl over the cooked rice.

  5. Add soy sauce to taste (I did around 3 tbsp)
