Up next for Thanksgiving recipes... Brussels Sprouts! I know- getting excited over brussels sprouts is pretty weird (childhood me would be disappointed) but also this recipe is to die for 👩🏻🍳 Putting them in the air fryer makes them nice and crunchy, the salt and garlic is delicious, and the balsamic soy glaze just puts it over the top!
<<serves 4>>
<<prep time 15 minutes; cook time 15 minutes>>
Ingredients
1 lb of brussels sprouts
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lime
1 tsp soy sauce
Process
Cut the brussles in half and toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic.
Place in the air fryer at 400 for 18 minutes or until crispy
While those are frying, lets make a glaze. Add the balsamic into a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Stir while bubbling for 3 ish minutes and then add the lime and soy sauce. Once cooled the balsamic should be syrupy.
Pour the glaze over the roasted brussels spouts and enjoy!
