Using colorful carrots makes this dish so much more festive and fun 👩🏻🍳 Incredibly easy to make and a great appetizer for any holiday (or non holiday) meal!

Ingredients
Full sized carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze + more to serve
1 tbsp maple agave syrup
1 tbsp rosemary, dried
Process
Preheat the oven to 425º
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic glaze, agave syrup, and rosemary.
Wash carrots, then pour the dressing over them. Rub the dressing into the carrots using your hands. Then, place them on a baking sheet.
Put in the oven and cook for 1 hour- 1 hour 15 minutes or until soft.
Slice into the desired serving bite-sizes, and enjoy
