Blueberry Breakfast Bars!! This breakfast recipe gets me hyped for the day- it’s sweet, dessert-like, but still healthy, which is my favorite kind of recipe!

Ingredients
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup old fashion oats
1 cup unbleached flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
Honey, to drizzle
3 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar
butter for the pan
Process
Preheat oven to 350º
In a large mixing bowl, mash the two bananas with a fork. Then add the oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, and maple syrup. Mix together until the crust has formed.
Butter an 8x8 pan, and add 60% of the crust to the bottom. Add the frozen blueberries over the bottom-layer of crust. Drizzle honey on top of the blueberries, add the rest of the crust to the top, and then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of the crumble.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden
Cool for 5 minutes before serving
