Brazil Nut Date Snickers Dupe

Mixing Brazil nuts with dates and turning it into candy, being healthy has never been better.


Ingredients for your luteal phase: brazil nuts, dates. During the luteal phase, you want to focus on fiber-rich foods to support the large intestine in flushing out excess estrogen and consume nutrient-dense food as your body's metabolism naturally speeds up.

Dates are high in antioxidants and fiber, two important nutrients in the luteal phase. Fiber aids the liver in flushing excess estrogen out of the body while antioxidants help battle inflammation.

Brazil Nut Date Snickers Dupe

Serves: 2 Active Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 4 dates

  • 4 brazil nuts

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate

  • pinch of flaky sea salt

Process

  1. Use a knife to make an insertion into the date and remove the seed from the date. Add some peanut butter into the opening, then place in a Brazil nut, and top with a bit of melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.

  2. Place in the fridge to harden.

  3. Enjoy!
