My go-to vegetarian appetizer during football season is buffalo cauliflower wings. They're so easy to make, and they're so deliciously it's practically addictive. Or if it's not football season, it's a great meat substitute if you're trying to cut down on meat consumption!
Serves: 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup water
3 cups Cauliflower florets
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
Process
Start by washing your cauliflower florets and cutting them into "wing" sized pieces
In a large mixing bowl, mix together your flour, lemon juice, salt, minced garlic, and water until combined into a batter
Add your cauliflower into the batter and mix so that each floret is completely covered.
Transfer into your air fryer, and cook at 400º for 10 minutes.
Add buffalo sauce on top of your wings, mix it together so they're fully covered in sauce
Put them back in your air fryer for another 15 minutes
