Do you love coconut and dark chocolate? Me too. These were delicious :)
Ingredients
4 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 tbsp of sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 lemon
Lots of dark chocolate
Process
Preheat your oven to 325F
Mix 2 cups coconut, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt
Toast for 5 mins
Mix the toasted coconut with the rest of the coconut
Crack 2 eggs and whisk until fluffy
Slowly mix the 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 lemon into the egg mixture
Fold the coconut into the egg mixture
Refrigerate for an hour
Form into balls of your desired size
Bake for 25-ish minutes or until light brown
Melt dark chocolate
Drizzle with dark chocolate
