I am obsessed with nice-cream. As someone who can't have dairy but loves eating ice-cream, this is my go-to. I always have some in the fridge, so when Lukas pulls out his pint of dairy-full ice-cream, I can still eat mine right alongside him!

Ingredients
2 bananas, frozen
3 tbsp cookie butter
1/8 cup almond milk
Optional: cookie of choice to crumble in
Process
Add the frozen bananas, cookie butter, and almond milk into either a high-speed blender or a food processor. Once combined, crumble cookies in and mix together. Freeze for. at least 30 minutes
If it's too hard in the freezer, let it thaw before scooping! It should be creamy like icecream.
