Here’s a quick lunch/dinner idea so that you can get straight to any fun Friday plans you have ☀️ The crunchy bottom hack is so great- there’s no going back.
Ingredients
Trader Joe's frozen soup dumplings
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1/3 cup water
A splash of rice vinegar
A splash of sesame oil
Chili-onion crunch
Soy sauce
Process
Prepare your flour mixture by mixing 2 tbsp flour and 1/3 cup of water together
Oil a non-stick pan and place soup dumplings onto the pan
Turn heat to medium-high
When you hear the dumplings start to sizzle, add the flour mixture to the pan and cover
Steam the dumplings for 5-7 mins
Remove the lid and cook until the water is gone
Serve with chili oil or soy sauce!
