These were inspired by slutty brownies, but in order to keep things PG, and the fact that this is one step away from slutty brownies, I decided to name this a fall blondie bar. In this case, I used the Maple Leaf cookies from Trader Joe's, but you could use Golden Oreos as well since those are good year-round.
And this is where it gets shocking to see just how lazy I got with this recipe. I used a blondie mix because I wasn't in the mood to make blondies. Sometimes, we just have those days. Anyways, this was delicious and if you're looking for something to serve at your Thanksgiving dinner - this is a great fall recipe. It's cute and tasty.

Ingredients
Cinnamon bun blondie mix
9 maple leaf cookies
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp water
Process
Follow the instructions on the box to create the batter for the blondies, and the cinnamon filling.
Add in maple leaf cookies
Bake for 35-40 minutes, not 25-30 or it’ll be underbaked
Let cool then add icing mix from the box!
