Ingredients
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
Mahi Mahi Fillets
1/4th onion
1 mango
1 lemon
4 tomatoes
1 cup cilantro
1/4th green onion
Tortillas or wraps
TJ's Chile Lime seasoning to serve
Process
Mix together all the seasonings in a bowl.
Cut the fillets into smaller pieces (I did fourths, and only once cooked did I shred)
Dice the tomatoes, onion, mango, and green onion into a new bowl. Add the cilantro and squeeze 1 lemon on top. Put to the side.
Drizzle oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Grab a fish fillet and mix it into the seasoning bowl. Put the seasoned fillet on the pan and let it grill for around 3 minutes each side.
Shred the fillets in a new bowl.
Assemble on a tortilla or wrap by combining all the individual pieces and seasoning with TJ's Chile Lime Seasoning.
