Honey Aleppo Chicken Puff Pastry Pull Apart

I took ALEPPO faith and winged it with this recipe- and oh HONEY am I glad I didn’t CHICKEN out. This recipe is constantly on my mind and I wish I had endless amounts of it 😍 so do yourself a favor and give it a shot- I promise you won’t regret it!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 1/3 of the Honey Aleppo Sauce Bottle

  • 1/4 cup parmesan

  • 2 chicken breasts, shredded

  • 1 puff pastry roll

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • ranch (optional to serve)

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 375º

  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Honey Aleppo, and parmesan. Stir together until evenly mixed. Add in the cooked and shredded chicken breast and toss together.

  3. Unroll the puff pastry. Place the Honey Aleppo chicken down the middle of the pastry dough, leaving 1/3rd of the dough untouched on each side. Slice the dough in diagonal lines, so that you can use the dough to do a criss-crossed pattern on top of the chicken (as seen in the video)

  4. Combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush the top of the pastry dough with the butter mixture.

  5. Put in the oven for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown.

  6. We dipped it in ranch, but feel free to eat it as is. Let us know what else you think it'd be good with!

I used to love making this but last time I went to TJ’s they let me know they discontinued the Honey Aleppo!! Any substitutions y’all recommend?
