Ingredients for your ovulatory phase: spinach, almonds. During the ovulatory phase, estrogen and testosterone surge, so you want to eat foods that help your body balance out the spike in estrogen and support the heart.
Spinach is high in vitamin E, which is an antioxidant that calms inflammation. So if your body is inflamed and struggling to get rid of estrogen and maintain balance, then eating more spinach during ovulation is a great way to help your body operate more efficiently.
Almonds (and almond butter) are great for ovulation because they contain high levels of omega-3s. High FSH levels can lead to menstrual problems including PCOS, and omega-3s are shown to reduce FSH levels. They also have high levels of dietary fiber and contain magnesium.

Serves: 2 Active Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
2 bananas, frozen
¼ cup mint leaves
¼ cup almonds
2 tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 handfuls frozen spinach
½ cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate chips
Process
Add all ingredients, other than the chocolate chips, into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
