Sometimes all you really need in life is a short stack of pancakes. And then everything is better.
Ingredients
1.5 cups flour
3.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
optional
dark chocolate
chopped walnuts
Process
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to a bowl. Make a divot in the center.
Mix the egg and butter until smooth.
Fry on medium to high heat
and add whatever mix-ins that make you happiest.
