This yogurt bark is a great snack to keep in your freezer. It’s overall pretty healthy (dark chocolate-covered pretzels excluded) and full of protein. But it also curbs any cravings for sweets! I make it in bulk, and that way I have a sweet treat ready whenever I need a little pick me up.

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp peanut butter
5 dark chocolate-covered pretzels
0.5 banana
Process
Mix your honey and Greek yogurt together in a bowl. You can increase or decrease the honey according to your sweet preference!
Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet or baking tray. Pour the yogurt onto the parchment paper and use a spoon or spatula to evenly spread the yogurt into a thin spread across the tray.
Add your toppings Put in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Slice up and enjoy!
