1 tbsp cocoa powder
pinch of shredded coconut (optional)
Process
Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Remove from the blender, and into a tupperware or serving bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 2+ hours to let it set/firm.
I top with more cocoa. powder to serve, but that's optional!
