We were craving Takis, and we wanted to be healthy and get some protein in... so we came up with this recipe! It's so good and flavorful and I'd definitely recommend giving it a go :)

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts or tenders
4 tbsp mayo (or enough to cover each breast)
1 large bag of Takis
2 tbsp hot sauce
Process
Preheat the oven to 375º
Use a rolling pin, or a hard object, to roll over the Takis in the bag, crushing them into small dust-like pieces.
Spread mayo across each chicken breast to create a thin even layer across the entire breast, both sides. Then dip the chicken in the crushed Takis to create your breading.
Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Make a spicy mayo sauce by doing a 2:1 ratio of mayo and hot sauce!
